I’ve been wanting to tell you the enormous difference it has made now that the services you provide are working properly. I get the same carer nearly every day, at the times I have stipulated. KT always calls me and tells me if there are changes to the carers or the times. Everyone goes out of their way to meet K’s needs. It is like a weight lifted from my shoulder.
