I cannot fault my carer. I really trust her. I don’t have to tell her anything, she knows what to do. I can take my rings off and I won’t have to look for them. She goes beyond and above what is expected of her.

Caremark staff have been extremely helpful especially since my father came out of hospital. On a regular basis reviews are done, Management always asks if there are any changes, any other help we need or what they can do. Very reassuring to our family, thank you.

Used Caremark Hounslow services for my son, who is autistic to take him to day and activities centres. Carers are extremely kind and are capable to handle all situations, communication with us has been great. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a local-based, good care provider.

My carer goes above and beyond my expectations to help me. My carer swept all the leaves from my front door and I didn’t even ask her to do. She just did it of her own accord. We also do jigsaw puzzles together.

All the staff of Caremark Hounslow are highly dedicated to the service they provide with friendly-professional behaviour towards the customer to ensure they require the best of everything. We have been receiving such a reliable and efficient management, the carers who visit are trained, experienced and the other staff are helpful in every manner. Caremark is brilliant in every way they provide care, we always look forward to the time when the carer comes in.

Caremark provided my aunt with exceptional care. The staff were excellent they provided high-quality care and enabled my aunt to pass away peacefully at home. She would not have been able to do so without their care. They were reliable, trustworthy and professional. I would highly recommend their service.

The amount of care and indeed the quality has gradually increased as my Aunt’s needs change. She now has visits three times a day with two or three carers mainly attending in the week. My Aunt has become more content with the visits. She now lets one lady help her with the bathing, which is amazing.

We have had the same carer for the last four months and she is just wonderful. She understood our son from the moment they met and they have a lovely relationship. Our carer has become part of the family. When our carer went on holiday, Caremark were very proactive in finding us a replacement.
