Kovida Dahanayake

Managing Director

Kovida established Caremark at the beginning of 2017, set out with a mission to become the most valued care provider in Harlow and Epping Forest, the leafy surroundings of Essex county.

He started his career in IT and Business management, having been involved in care whilst studying, decided to get back into the care industry. Post studies where he had the true heart and passion for helping the vulnerable individuals in the community.

He has since gathered a vast amount of experience and qualifications working with adults with autism and learning disabilities and in supported living, rehabilitation and outreach settings. He has worked in senior and management levels for major charitable organisations and local authorities in and around London and Essex.
Kovida aims to develop Caremark Harlow and Epping Forest to be the number one care provider of choice for people who wish remain independent and to receive highest standard of care in the area.

He profoundly believes in growing talent within the organisation and targets to build a talented work force to uphold Caremark ethos and values for the betterment of vulnerable individuals.

Louisa Weston

Care Manager

Louisa possesses over 30 years of experience working in adult social care management and leadership roles, as well as working with vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, physical disabilities, and brain injuries. Louisa also has many years’ experiences in working in various children’s services in residential and in various community settings.

Her expertise in adult social care, residential, nursing, rehabilitation, crisis intervention, and domiciliary care, supported living, means that Louisa provides objective and robust recruitment, learning and training, and care management at Caremark for Harlow and Epping Forest.
