Meet The Team
Tanya started Caremark Chelmsford & Uttlesford in 2010, and has worked tirelessly alongside her team to build a service to be proud of.
We will all face a time when we need a little help; maybe for someone we love, or maybe for ourselves. At that time we would all hope the people we turn to treat us with kindness and respect. Having witnessed the difference positive care can make, Tanya is determined that the team will strive every day to support their customers to live lives that matter
Michael comes from a background in financial services, working both at home and abroad, and joined the company full time in 2014. Working in the care industry is immensely positive, our excellent care assistants make a huge difference to our customers lives every day.
Bio coming soon
Julie has worked in the care sector for over 30 years and has gained a wealth of experience in that time. She started her journey working within Domiciliary Care as a care assistant fitting it in around her young family, and this then led to a full time job as a Care Manager. Through this role Julie has quickly learnt that there are many other facets to the care sector and decided to expand her care knowledge, working in the fields of Domestic Abuse, Children Support Services, Adults with Learning Needs, NVQ Assessor in Health & Social Care, Domestic Abuse Services and finally back to the Domiciliary Care Sector. Julie continues to be passionate about the quality of care delivered to vulnerable people.
Having previously worked in many different industries such as steelwork, carpentry, and environmental health where I had an office-based role, before joining Caremark in the spring of 2023.
Caremark is a whole new world to me as I had never worked in health and social care before, but since joining I have never looked back. Caremark has given me the opportunity to give back to my local community by caring for people to the highest of standards and demonstrating how each person has their own individual requirements that need to be catered to, this is a challenge that I really enjoy.
Field Care Supervisor
I began my career in the Care Sector in 1995 having studied at Witham School of Occupational Therapy. I have worked for social services and independent care companies covering complex health issues, end of life care and reablement. I came to Caremark just after Covid hit, having investigated which local companies had the best reviews. My role enables me to visit customers regularly to establish if there is more we can be doing for them and if they’re happy with the service we provide. It’s an absolute honour to truly be able to put changes into their care plans that really do make a difference.
