Care Co-ordinator
This is an exciting role at Caremark and we are seeking applicants who have at least two years experience in domiciliary care, or previous experience as a Care Co-ordinator. This is a full time position with 40 hours per week guaranteed.
Your Role
The Care Co-ordinator ensures all client visits are allocated and met to a high standard. You would aid with the recruitment of suitable Care and Support Workers, and adhere to and maintain appropriate office procedures.
Duties of a Care Co-ordinator
- Answering all incoming telephone enquiries.
- Assisting the recruiter with implementation of thorough recruitment and vetting procedures of all Care & Support Workers.
- Processing new client referrals.
- Preparing appropriate documentation for Deputy and QA officer.
- Permanent allocation of Care & Support Workers to all client visits and ensuring all visits always covered.
- Administration of all Individual Care & Support Agreements.
- Maintaining client and Care & Support Worker office files and ensuring that they are always up to date.
- Maintaining computer system up to date at all times.
- Ensuring all clients and Care & Support Worker documentation and electronic records are kept up to date at all times.
- Ensure records are up to date.
- To work closely with the Deputy Manager.
- To participate in the on call rota.
- To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
- Assistance with wages and invoice processing.
- Production of reports and management information as required.
The Care Co-ordinator should possess the following qualities:

Field Care Supervisor
This is a fast paced and exciting role for anyone looking to progress in the care sector. You will be responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within Calderdale.
Principal responsibilities
- Support and manage a team of Care & Support Workers
- To be on-call in case of emergency
- To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator
- Act as a link between the client and the office
- Oversee care quality control
- Monitor and supervise care service
