Home Care Assurance

We understand that some people may worry about their safety or loss of dignity when considering care at home for the first time. We can assure you that all our staff undergo enhanced DBS checks and must provide relevant references prior to undergoing Caremark’s rigorous in-house training programme.

We strive to match you to a dedicated core team of care staff depending on your personal preferences and needs. We permanently allocate our carers as we feel this ensures the best possible chance for long-lasting, professional relationships to develop.  Furthermore, Caremark Liverpool is registered with the Care Quality Commission which regulates the standards for all care providers.

Care Co-ordinator

I started my career as a teacher with a focus on special educational needs in 2019. From here I found my love for care whilst working as a senior support worker in several different residential homes and schools with children and young people. I have a varied background in working with people with special educational needs and varying health conditions.

Priscilla Mariridza

Senior Care Worker

My passion for the health and social care sector started in secondary school, where, as a member of the Interact Club, I trained to support people living with HIV and AIDS, their families, and particularly the orphans left behind. My undergraduate degree in administration and management focused on support systems aimed at disadvantaged members of society.

In 2022, as a Senior Carer, I honed my skills in building strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and other professionals. I demonstrated key attributes such as empathy, effective communication, and compassion. In that role, I received accolades ranging from Worker of the Month to Effective Team Player.

I was privileged to join Caremark Liverpool in September 2023 as a Care Assistant. Contributing positively to the core values of the organisation which paved the way for my recent promotion to the role of Senior Care Assistant. I am excited to continue my growth and will work hard to ensure Caremark Liverpool continues to be the best home care provider in the city!

I began my career supporting vulnerable communities in 2000, working in Zimbabwe as an Early Childhood Trainer with the Farm Community Trust of Zimbabwe. In this role, I supported families through programmes focused on health, education, nutrition, and overall wellbeing, later progressing to Provincial Programmes Coordinator. Digital Marketing Apprentice

I recently joined Caremark Liverpool as a Digital Marketing Apprentice, where I help promote our services and values across our digital platforms. I have a strong interest in digital marketing and enjoy learning how the right online content can connect people with the care and support they need.

My role involves creating and managing content for our website, blogs, and social media, sharing updates about community events, care services, and team achievements. I enjoy using digital tools to showcase the positive impact Caremark Liverpool has in the local community and to make information clear and engaging for families.

Alongside this, I also support the recruitment team by helping attract and promote opportunities to bring in the very best staff. This plays an important part in our wider goal of becoming the leading care provider in the city, built on a strong, compassionate, and professional team.
