I started Oasis care organisation in Harlow and Epping Forest at the beginning of 2017 with a clear vision, to build the most trusted and valued care provider in the beautiful surroundings of Essex. My journey into care began during my university years while studying IT and Business Management. Though I initially pursued a career in business and was successful, I found myself drawn back to the care sector — a field where my heart truly belongs.

Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience in managing a learning disabilities services and complex needs across supported living, rehabilitation, and community outreach settings. I’ve had the privilege of holding senior and management roles with well-respected charities and local authorities across London and Essex.

Setting up a care business was  my way of bringing together my business knowledge and my passion for care. My goal is to ensure that every person we support can remain independent, safe, and respected ,receiving the highest quality care possible.

I am also deeply committed to developing talent within our organisation. I believe in investing in people, nurturing our team, and building a strong, skilled workforce that lives by the Caremark values.

For me, this is more than a business — it’s a calling. And I’m proud to lead a service that makes a genuine difference in the lives of those who need it most.
