Maria Viorel

Managing Director

Maria has over 25 years experience in leading and managing teams in different areas of business in the corporate arena. She has also been a trainer in the corporate world for over 15 years, being a consultant in the recruitment process for different types of businesses. For the past five years, Maria has been working in the care industry and was inspired to start a franchise in order to be able to help as many people as possible in an effective but also considerate way.

Andreea Vasile

Registered Care Manager

Andreea has been with the Caremark Bournemouth from day one, growing with it constantly. She started as a Care Assistant and worked her way up to being a Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator and in 2023 became the Registered Care Manager for the service.

With a background in event planning and psychology Andreea has the skills and abilities learnt in the past that make her a very good addition to the wonderful team of passionate, empathic and kind people working at Caremark Bournemouth.

Sam Lewis

Field Care Supervisor

I have worked in the healthcare sector for 29 years now. 18 years in the hospitals. 9 years in the community district nurses team as a band 3 with clinical skills, such as, venepuncture, Catheterisation, wound care, tissue viability, and injections such as insulin and B12, monitoring blood sugars.
I have experience in lone working, assessments, palliative care, personal care, and teamwork.
Working with other organisations and healthcare professionals, good communication skills, supporting student nurses on clinical placement.

I joined the team at Caremark Bournemouth in August 2023 as a Field Care Supervisor, and my role involves making sure care assistants & customers have everything they need, liaising with care professionals, and ensuring that comprehensive and personalised care plans are available for every individual within our service.
