Training & Development

We offer a comprehensive initial training program that results in achieving the Care Certificate, equipping you with the fundamental skills necessary to excel in your role as a qualified Care Support Worker. Furthermore, we provide regular training to ensure that you stay up to date enabling you to continually enhance your expertise and provide exceptional care to our valued customers.
Competitive Pay & Rewards:

We proudly offer both! Our unwavering commitment lies in providing you with a rewarding position that not only offers a fair wage but also ensures reliability and stability.
You will receive a minimum of £11.50ph up to £15ph, based on your experience and qualifications, and you will get paid for EVERY MINUTE you work, including driving time with mileage allowance of 35p/mile.
We also offer, a generous annual leave entitlement of 28 days including bank Holidays, paid annual MOT, paid Enhanced DBS check, Kudos Points for a job well done, and a Carer of the month award which can be redeemed for vouchers, gift cards or cash to ensure a healthy work-Life balance.
