Training has been a great success with Val

We have just finished training our new group of carers and it was a really fun experience for them.
We have just has a really nice and lively training session for some of the new people heading into the Caremark Team.  They have all learned something new and met bonded with their new colleagues and senior members of staff.

One of the team have comer from another care company and her opinion of our training was really nice to hear.  She said that we had a really fun and dynamic approach to the training that helps bond people to their new environment.  She also said that she had learned a lot more with us than her other company!

Well done to all of you, you have worked really hard this week.
