Moving and Handling Training for New Recruits

Yesterday, some of our new recruits underwent Moving & Handling training at Wenman Healthcare in Barford.  This is a key part of our training programme for all new Care & Support Workers alongside classroom training and online learning.  Once new recruits have completed all this training, they then spend a few shifts shadowing a Senior Carer before they are given their own Clients to provide Care and Support to.
