Training and Development is King

In the quest to continuously train and develop the team, this week Claire and Herkesh attended Caremark’s Business Development Workshop. This was headed by Caremark’s very own Compliance Manager, Alan Frew.

Everyday is a learning day and this was definitely no different.  Caremark Midlands region came together to further strengthen it’s care and support knowledge.  All owners and more importantly our Registered Care Managers spent the day sharing best care practice with each other.  

Together we can continue to deliver the highest standards of professional care and support to those in need and who choose to remain living in their own homes.
