Simon Ford

Managing Director

Simon believes passionately that people should be able to continue to live at home throughout their lives, with the appropriate care and support at hand. His tremendous team is dedicated to maintaining quality of life for the people they care for and as long as he’s at the helm, they will strive every day to uphold and indeed improve the very high standards of Care and Support they already provide. Simon is also an active member of SOLLA (Society of later life advisors) who offer help and support to help people plan for care. I have recently been appointed to the Board of Nottinghamshire Care Association so I can help assist all aspects of Care in the Nottinghamshire area. Please make contact if you require any more information about our service or any of our team.

Joanne Ford

Care Manager

The majority of my career has been within the insurance sector assisting people in times of need after experiencing a disaster, supporting them through challenging times to regain their homes and lifestyle as soon as possible, so moving into Care has many similarities.

Having seen close family members needing additional support in the later years of their life but wanting to remain living in their own home, highlighted the importance of quality domiciliary care services being available. It is wonderful to see the difference that our team of professional, dedicated carers make by providing support and companionship to so many vulnerable people in our local community on a daily basis, ensuring that they achieve the best quality of life possible.   All of our team share a common passion about delivering the highest standards of care and support within the local community and a commitment to promoting recognition for the fantastic job that carers provide within society

Chloe Holmes

Assistant Care Manager

I have  been with the company since January 2020 and have progressed to my current role of Assistant Care Manager in this time. Providing high quality care to those that need it is close to my heart, it is so important to provide care with dignity and respect and to make customers feel supported whilst living in their own homes. I have worked in the care industry for nearly 10 years and I am very passionate about it. My aim is to pass on my passion and knowledge of this profession in the training that I provide to the wider team of Care Assistants so that I can be sure they are all trained to the highest level. I am also responsible for providing support and guidance to the management team, in the day to day operation of Caremark Mansfield & Ashfield.

Megan Lilliman

Care Assessor

Hi, I’m Megan. I have been with the company since August 2023. My job role is to complete assessments with new customers ensuring that I have a full understanding of the support each individual person requires. This enables me to build a person centred care plan ensuring that all care needs can be met. I then attend the customers first call with a member of the care team. This enables me to ensure that the customers care plan contains all the information the care team require to complete each call with the customer. I have worked within the care industry for 6 years. I previously cared for my great grandad at home which is when I found my love, passion and pride in care.

I will also be found out in the field at times ensuring that I provide the highest possible standard of support.

I will always go above and beyond for my customer, staff and families to ensure that everyone has the best possible experience whilst being with Caremark.

Lizzie Redfern

Recruitment & Training Coordinator

I am the Recruitment and Training Coordinator and I am responsible for recruiting our care assistants alongside training them and supporting them with any qualifications they may want to achieve. I am also responsible for any fundraising we may do such as the Memory Walk and Elf Day. I have been working in care for three years now and have experienced care first hand which contributes to my training experience as I have been in the same position as all the new staff that I train. I love working in care and hope to have care assistants within the business that have the same passion for care that I do.

Lisa Oneil

Care Co-ordinator

Hi I’m Lisa, I am a Care Coordinator for Caremark Mansfield & Ashfield, I have been with Caremark since 2021 originally part of the field team as a care assistant, I then progressed to be a Senior Care assistant within a year of being with the company and then moved to be part of the management team as a care coordinator in 2022, I am responsible for care assistant permanent allocation to customers, and frequently liaising with staff to ensure we are meeting the requested times of our customers. I wanted to join Caremark because my grandad was disabled and my mum was his full time carer when I was 2 years old, and I feel it is in my blood to care for the vulnerable and give back to the community around me. I am very friendly and you can always guarantee a hot cuppa served to you when I’m around!

Victoria Brown

Field Care Supervisor

HI, I’m Victoria I have worked for Caremark since March 2021, in the field as a care assistant, I applied for the role of Field Care Supervisor in February 2022 and have loved the amazing opportunity to progress with the company. My role as FCS is to be out in the field ensuring both the care assistants and service users are always supported. I am responsible for ensuring that service users wishes and needs are fully met, and they are receiving the correct level of care required. I will complete spot checks on the carers out in the field to ensure their competence within their role. I previously worked as a prisoner custody officer for nearly 12 years but have always been interested in the care setting since I was young and went with my Grandmother to visit her care home she worked in as a matron.

Christina Pearce

Care Co-ordinator

Christina is responsible for the permanent allocation, and care workers schedules.

She has worked in care for 5 years and began her journey in the care sector with Caremark in 2017. Since then she has worked as a senior care worker for another care company where I gained experience with rosters and moved back to where my heart really was with Caremark to ensure that staff have consistency as well as customers, her priority is to ensure all her care workers are providing outstanding care and have the time to do so. They work hard to ensure the customers always have consistency and having had experience in the field as a care assistant she is relatable with the care assistants as she has worked to a schedule before, and knows the importance of keeping the consistency and preferred areas. She is responsible for management of incident forms and deciding what support the customer need when they are submitted and providing advice to all Care Assistants.
Christina is very approachable and willing to help in any way she can. She finds that the team really cares and that is very important to her.
