Examples of the help our Care and Support staff can provide are:

Preparing meals and washing dishes - We will make sure that your nutritional needs are met through healthy, well-balanced meals, and ensure any specific dietary requirements are followed.  We will also ensure we tidy up after ourselves!

Laundry and ironing - We can help with putting on clean bed sheets, doing the laundry and iron your clothes.

Running errands - We can collect prescriptions or your pension, we can do your shopping or pay your bills

Completing household chores - We can help wash your dishes, clean the bathroom and toilet, take out the rubbish, vacuuming, dusting and any other forms of cleaning to help keep your home looking tidy and clean.

Administering medication or regular prompts - We can help you manage your medications by ensuring you take the right medications at the right times.  We can do this by either prompting, reminding, or giving you full support by administering the medication.  We can also help you further by ordering and collecting your medication, ensuring your medication is always available.
