Sunil has a degree in Pharmaceutical Science and Chemistry. He has spent a number of years working within Quality, Analytical and Developmental functions within the Pharmaceutical and Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector. He has excellent knowledge of developing and implementing Quality Management Systems which have been verified by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency and International Organization for Standardisation.

Visha has a degree in (LLB) Law. She has extensive knowledge of the Care Industry gained through many years of working as a carer in Care Homes and Domiciliary Care. Her aim in life has always been to help others and that’s exactly what she strives to achieve in her role as a Registered Care Manager / Director. Her Passion and Ambition for the Care Industry will be an Invaluable Asset to our Service Users and Staff.

Jo joined Caremark as a Care and Support Worker in February 2016. She has rapidly progressed through the ranks of Field Care Supervisor and Care Co-Ordinator before being promoted to Care Manager and most Recently Registered Care Manager. Jo is a highly motivated and an experienced manager with over 26 years’ experience in Early Years and Adult Care. Jo brings an incredible amount of positivity and professionalism to the team.

Tracy joined Caremark in October 2017 as the FCS, with a range of experience in care, special needs and early years. Tracy has a degree in early childhood studies and a Level 3 certificate in health and social care. Tracy has a passion for helping people and is dedicated to making a difference in everyday life.
Tracy is driven in going the extra mile for all the clients and carers and has shown compassion and empathy in all her work with Caremark HBB.

Tracy has also gained experience working in the Caremark (Hinckley, Bosworth & Blaby) office by assisting the team with preparing the rota's and keeping our records up to date.

Daria joined the Caremark (Hinckley, Bosworth & Blaby) team in April 2019.
She has worked in the care sector for over 3 years and has gained her experience working first as a Care Worker and later as a Care Co-ordinator.
Daria enjoys supporting carers and resolving problems.
Her goal is to provide best quality of care for Service Users.
She is enthusiastic about building trusting relationships with her team and being a postive part in making change to people’s lives.

Hayley has worked within the Care Industry for over 20 years.
She started work as a Care Assistant which she really enjoyed. Delivering care to clients and supporting them to maintain their independence as much as possible was something that she has always been passionate about.

Hayley progressed within her career and became a Team Leader and then a Registered Care Manager which she loved. Being able to see clients develop and shape their own care and support was something she found amazing to be part of.

Hayley joined the expanding team at Caremark (Hinckley, Bosworth & Blaby) in 2018 .

Hayley’s role as HR and Business Administrator can be quite varied, enabling her to still maintain links to clients which is the reason she began working in the care industry.

Having worked as a carer and having managerial people enables Hayley to bring a wealth of experience to the team.
Lorren Conner

Care Co-ordinator

Lorren joined the Caremark team as a Care Co-Ordinator in May 2019.
She is excited to start her new position after working from home for over a year.
Lorren has recently made Leicester her new home.
Lorren has got 6 years of experience in the care sector and was also a young carer growing up for family members.
She feels that the time has come for a change in direction and has now opted for the office side of the care industry instead.
Lorren is an energetic and highly motivated individual and is excited to bring her personal experiences in to the company, hoping to contribute to making a positive difference to people’s lives.
In her spare time Lorren enjoys going to vintage clothing sales and to watch live music.
Lorren has played competitive snooker and still enjoys playing on a friendly level

I’m a single parent to 2 teenage girls, I also have 2 dogs and 2 cats. So a busy household!

I joined Caremark in August 2018 after spending several years working in nurseries and working in a school as a learning support assistant. I wanted to embrace a new challenge which is proving to be even more rewarding.

I enjoy taking on the challenges that each day brings, I became Field Care Supervisor in May 2019 which has given me even more opportunity to meet more clients and other carers, covering calls in Leicester as well as Glenfield and Blaby.

I always have a smile on my face, which the clients love about me.
