Due to high volume demand for children Care Assistants, Caremark Bromley is recruiting.

What are the responsibilities of a Care Assistant?

You’ll need:

  • Counselling skills including active listening and a non-judgemental approach.
  • Sensitivity and understanding.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • To be flexible and open to change.
  • The ability to work well with others.
  • The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.

Applicants should have at least 1 years on children support work experience including at least one of the following (Autism, Behavior that’s challenging, ADH etc)

GCSEs in English and Maths (grade A-C). It can also be beneficial to have a social care qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or similar qualification required.
