High praise for Carer at Caremark Ealing

Acton Team social worker, Yuli Kommata sent in the following letter of praise and thanks to the managment at Caremark (Ealing).

Yuli Kommata, a social worker with Acton Team in the borough of Ealing was so impressed with Ysura, a care worker with Caremark (Ealing) that she forwarded this glowing praise to (Ealing)’s management team.

“Excellent work by Ysura, I was impressed. Please pass on my compliments to her supervisors and managers.   “She has a very positive outlook; excellent manners; very polite.   She made sure the windows were open to bring a breeze into the flat and clear the air; she was informed of where the customer kept his financial documents and was able to assist us to find some documents needed.  

“She pointed out to important things that needed to change: i.e. his Zimmer frame needs replacing; the washing facilities are old and slippery. She also took responsibility to ensure that he takes his medication and recorded this in the log sheets although it was not in the support plan, good leadership initiative there and reported that the key safe number is not correct.  

“The customer spoke about her and said that she is an excellent worker. Please thank her for her good work and also inform her seniors.
