Home care provider fundraises for Gravesend end of life charity Ellenor

Caremark Dartford and Gravesend fund raised for the Ellenor Hospice, an end of life charity based in Gravesend, which supports patients with terminal and end of life illnesses. Having worked in Gravesend with Ellenor on numerous occasions, we understand the importance they play in lives of its patients and wanted to give something back as our appreciation for supporting end of life patients in Dartford and Gravesend.
