Following exciting growth, Caremark is seeking a field-based Senior System Support & Data Analyst to support our network of home care offices throughout the UK, specifically with training requirements.

Caremark Ltd is a wholly UK-owned and operated home care franchise with an established and successful UK-based network.

Summary of the role

The role of the Senior System Support & Data Analyst is to provide training and system-related support for our approved systems, including but not limited to rostering and care planning software.

This is a field-based role requiring a significant amount of work-related travel throughout the UK. Occasional travel to company conferences and events will also be required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person and virtual training to our network of UK-based home care offices.
  • Provide technical support for approved software
  • Prepare, update and revise training materials and courses
  • Manage projects and work-streams including training, system upgrades, changes, and system testing
  • Support relationships with Franchise Owners, Franchise Support Centre staff and approved suppliers
  • Support, mentor and encourage other Team members as required by the Team Manager

Experience

  • Good communication skills and self-confidence
  • Manage own workload and diary
  • A problem solver with a positive can-do attitude
  • Technically minded but able to communicate effectively with non-technical users
  • Have excellent attention to detail and be a team player
  • Ability to provide positive leadership on allocated workstreams and projects
  • Knowledge of domiciliary care would be beneficial
  • Ability to remain professional when handling challenging queries and customers
  • Experience in operational software/systems training or development

Preferred candidates will have experience using rostering software such as Access People Planner, StaffPlan HCR or similar rostering software used in domiciliary care businesses. It would also be preferred if candidates have experience in training or coaching users on software.
