Care Assistant

What’s in it for You?
- Weekday Rates of Pay:
- 09:00 – 18:00: £12.75 per hour
- Early & Late Unsociable Hours (07:00 – 09:00 and 18:00 – 22:00): £13.00 per hour
- Weekend Rate of Pay (07:00 – 22:00): £14.25 per hour
- Bank Holiday Rate (07:00 – 22:00): £18.50 per hour
- Paid Mileage: 30p per mile
- Guaranteed Hours Contract: You may be considered for a guaranteed hours contract after 12 weeks.
- Refer a Friend Bonus: £200
- Signing-On Bonus: £150
- Fully Funded Diplomas/NVQs in Health & Social Care
- Open University Funding Programme: Work with us full-time and you could receive up to £9,000 funding for yourself or a dependent child in part-time courses, or up to £6,000 for full-time courses. Work with us part-time and you could receive up to £6,000 funding for yourself or a dependent child in part-time courses.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality care and support to individuals living in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Personal Care
- Meal Preparation
- Administering Medication
- Companionship Care
No previous experience in care is necessary! Full training is provided in all aspects of care.
All You Need:
- A full UK driving licence with access to your own car
- A genuine desire to care for others
