The role of the Registered Care Manager involves coordination and supervision for optimal service quality.
Caremark Tunbridge Wells are a reputable and compassionate domiciliary care provider and have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Care Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the care service, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care delivery in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards or equivalent regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the service meets all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, including maintaining up-to-date policies, conducting audits, and preparing for inspections.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support care staff, fostering a positive team culture and ensuring continuous professional development.
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring they meet service users’ needs, preferences, and goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure coordinated care
- Monitor and evaluate care delivery, implementing improvements to enhance service quality and outcomes for service users
- Work closely with the directing managers to drive growth and service excellence
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- Proven experience in a management role within a residential or domiciliary care setting, ideally as a Registered Care Manager
- Strong understanding of CQC and health & social care regulations and standards
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Must live local to the Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks area
