Care Manager
Regustered Care Manager Job in Sutton
We are a dynamic and expanding care service provider located in Sutton, dedicated to delivering high-quality care across a variety of settings. Our mission is to improve the lives of those we serve through compassionate, person-centred care. As our existing Registered Manager moves onto other things after a wonderful 5 years with us, we are looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager to join our dedicated team.
As a Registered Care Manager at Caremark Sutton, you will play a critical role in leading and managing our care services. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our clients, oversee the day-to-day operations, and drive the continued growth and development of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the delivery of care services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
– Manage and support a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
– Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff.
– Maintain strong relationships with customers, families, and external agencies.
– Ensure effective financial management and budgeting of the care service.
– Drive business growth and development within the local community.
Requirements:
– A recognised management qualification in health and social care.
– Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting.
– Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework and standards in health and social care.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
– A commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving service outcomes.

Care Assistant
You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the customer’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark.
The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.
Principal Responsibilities
Your role would include helping customers with tasks such as:
- Help with washing & dressing
- Shopping & meal preparation
- Prompting with medication
- Support with daily routines
- Respite services
- Socialising and leisure activities
- Helping customers access the community
