Training

All of our Care and Support Workers are given full initial and on-going training in all aspects of your support.

The initial training a Care Worker completes meets all legal requirements, and is focused towards maintaining and protecting the safety and dignity of our customers. This means that no matter what level of support you are receiving from Caremark, whether it is simple or much more complex, our Care Workers have received enough training to assist you.

In addition to the initial training, our Care Workers are continually assessed and given refresher training every year. This means that the feedback we get from both you and the care worker helps us identify any areas of training which can be added or improved upon.
