Our Work: We provide services for people with learning difficulties, autism, aspergers and acquired brain injury.
Our Services: We have a specially trained dedicated team who will encourage and promote independence to anyone who needs our services. We support people in all aspects of their daily living skills in the home and community, this may include cooking, budgeting and travel training. We will support people to find education and employment. We ensure that everyone who uses our services are at the centre of all we do, not only in their support planning, but involvement in our recruitment of staff and training of support workers. We can provide companions/buddies for outings and activities.
The Bridge The Gap Team: The specially trained staff support young people and children with a learning difficulty, autism and aspergers. The team also support young people in transition 16yrs to 18/19 years with everyday living skills and activities in the community. The Bridge The Gap will also have a respite service available in the new year.
