Claire Evans

Care Manager

I started at Caremark North Herts & Stevenage when it was newly set up in 2013 as the Registered Care Manager after being in the care industry for 12 years. I am qualified up to Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People Services. I have years of experience working with all aspects of care needs. I have been privileged to work my way up from starting as a Care Assistant in 2001 to gaining my registration in 2009 with my previous company as Care Manager.

Jamie Lee Leroux

Field Care Supervisor

Having no experience in care I started with Caremark North Herts & Stevenage in September 2020 as a Care Assistant. With support from Caremark North Herts & Stevenage I have now progressed to the position of Field Care Supervisor after completing my university course for social work.

I am also the HCPA champion for Dementia and End of Life Care after completing the required training.

Melanie Crossan

Field Care Supervisor

I have worked in the care sector since the 1990s and have a belief that domiciliary care provides the solution for supporting people in modern society.

I currently have a level 3 in adult social care, further specialised training for Parkinson’s and diabetes.  I am also the HCPA qualified champion for Enabling and Mobility in Older People .

I continue to seek new training opportunities to support my on the job experience and my competency in mentoring a new generation of care staff.

Danielle Turvey

Care Coordinator

Started my role with Caremark North Herts & Stevenage at the beginning of 2022 as a Care coordinator. I previously worked as a Care Assistant for a year prior in both the community and at a care home and was looking for the next step up. Caremark North Herts and Stevenage gave me that opportunity and I am glad to be in a role that makes a difference to the lives of the people we support.

Jayne Lightfoot

Care Coordinator

I started working for Caremark North Herts & Stevenage in 2022 as Care Coordinator. I was previously a Senior Care Assistant at my last employment and was excited by my new opportunity here at Caremark North Herts & Stevenage after 6 years delivering care out in the community.

Amy Nightingale

Finance & Payroll Officer

I joined Caremark North Herts & Stevenage in 2015 as an apprentice and gained my Level 2 Business Administration qualification. I have since progressed within the company working in all areas of the business. I now manage the finance and HR side of the business along side the Managing Director.

Nicole Henocq

Admin & Recruitment

I Joined Caremark North Herts & Stevenage in December 2021 as the Business admin. I have been in the care industry for 9 years in various different roles. I wanted a change so decided to obtain a level 2 in Business Admin, I was always fascinated with the office and day to day running of care. Since being with Caremark North Herts & Stevenage I have now got into recruitment and continuing with my career.

I have worked in the public sector for the majority of my adult working life because I have always been one that believes in contributing to the wider community. It is this mindset of serving the community that led me to look into the healthcare sector for new opportunities. I am proud to be involved in a business that provides healthcare services to our local people. My commitment to the people we care for is that we will work tirelessly to ensure that they live their best life within the comfort of their own home, enhancing their quality of life and  helping them live independently for longer.
