The services we offer vary and can be arranged according to your exact needs. As an example, we provide companionship, sitting services, full-time care (Live-in Care or overnight support), shopping, light domestic help and meal preparation.
We work with every Client and their loved ones to develop an individual and personalised home care plan that suits their needs. This can be as much as a 24 hour intensive support, or simply from 30 minutes of personal care and support. We are confident in delivering a quality service to all our Clients.

What services do we provide?
We provide a full range of domiciliary care services for adults, elderly and those with complex care needs. We work with you to design your personal home care plan. This can range from a 30-minute care and support visit through to live-in support.
At Caremark we aim to fully understand your precise needs and preferences before our care-at-home service begins. Only once you and your loved ones are completely happy with your support plan which we have agreed on together will we select a Care and Support Worker compatible with you and arrange a preliminary meeting. Our care plan and our carers aim to promote your independence and respect your dignity at all times.
Our services include companionship, personal care, medication support, sitting services, overnight support, live-in care, domestic help, meal preparation and shopping. If there is something that is not listed that does not mean that we cannot provide that service. The service we provide is tailor-made for you, you tell us what you would like and we will work out a way to put it in place.
This is in line with our ethos to work in a person-centred way.
Customers Funded through Social Services
We are very happy to provide homecare to people funded through Social Services. If you are receiving home care through social services and you want to choose your provider, all you have to do is ask that Local Authority provide you with a direct payment. This allows you to buy your own care at home from the provider of your choice.
Befriending Service
Our mission is to engage our community, this has led to our free befriending service, Caremark’s Chit Chat Chums. The service is aimed to reduce social isolation and improve the mental wellbeing of elderly and vulnerable residents in our local community.
