Overall, I have had a good service provided by Caremark Cheshire North East. It is my first experience with a care company so I cannot compare to another however, the support I have received from Caremark has been great.

When I first started with Caremark, I had come home from hospital with little to no mobility and was really struggling to cope with day-to-day living. Caremark care assistants have certainly been very helpful and have been a positive influence giving me the confidence to get back on my feet.

Over the last few weeks, I have come on leaps and bounds and now feel independent enough to stop my care package with Caremark. I am very grateful to the whole team at Caremark, and should I ever need help in the future I will be sure to get in touch with Caremark Cheshire North East.

I have to say what a massive difference Caremark Cheshire North East have made to me since i began receiving support in March 2022.

It has made a difference to the improvement of my abilities and even though it took me a while to adapt to having people in my home and with support, all my care assistants go above and beyond and are always very willing.

I am very pleased with how things are going with the support of my husband.
So far, i am thrilled that my husband is getting the support he requires for his needs and I am able to take a step back and be his wife again.

I was very nervous about the care starting but i am really starting to feel the benefit and am now less anxious and stressed.

I am able to go out and socialise more and do activities knowing my husband is being very well looked after.
