Hi all, my name is Michelle Bates and I would like to introduce myself. I am the new field care supervisor for Caremark in Leicester. I have many years experience in all areas of care. In this time I have gained knowledge and experience in working with the elderly, learning disabilities and mental health in various settings which involved working in the community. The past 5 years I have specialised in mental health and have successfully completed various training and my NVQ3 in health and social care. I am looking forward to being part of this successful team with the planning and delivery of high standards of care to customers within their own homes.
