Our Care and Support services can also extend to supporting you in the community, assisting in your sense of inclusion and well being. This support can be with travel to work or to the shops, or supporting you during a leisure activity, for example you may like some help to go swimming or to the cinema.

The local area:

Kingston upon Thames is a borough adjacent to Hampton Court Palace and is boundaried by the River Thames on one side and Richmond Park on the other. It is a small Borough with a family approach to healthcare. The emphasis is on quality and service levels at a fair price.
