We are happy to arrange a visit so that we can discuss the type of care you require, whether for yourself or for a relative or friend.
When we fully understand your precise needs, we carefully select a carer who has the appropriate experience and qualifications to best meet those needs.
The Caremark Care Manager or Supervisor will accompany your carer on there first visit. This enables us to introduce you both, and to make sure your carer knows exactly what they need to do.
Our Field Care Supervisor will continue to make regular visits to you to make sure we are providing you with the highest standards of care. These regular visits also enable us to make certain any changes to your requirements are identified and met.
The feedback from our latest CQC report, confirms that both our clients and our carers are very pleased with the service they receive from us.
Caremark is a domiciliary care agency, dedicated to delivering the highest standards of professional domiciliary care to those in need and who choose to continue living in there own home.
Our carers are well-trained, carefully vetted and thoroughly assessed, to ensure our high standards are always maintained.
All Caremark carers are directly employed by us, continuously assessed and provided with ongoing training to ensure skills and working practices are up to date.
Our meticulous recruitment procedure includes a formal interview; personal and professional reference confirmation; Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and Protection of Vulnerable Adults (PoVA) checks. We also confirm any training already received and verify certification.
We are also registered with The Care Quality Commission (CQC).
At Caremark we understand that some of the daily routines many people take for granted can become difficult or restrictive. We are here to help you remain independent at home and continue to enjoy life to its fullest, without worrying about the things that are very personal to you.
Our Care and Support services can also extend to supporting you in the community, assisting in your sense of inclusion and well being. This support can be with travel to work or to the shops, or supporting you during a leisure activity, for example you may like some help to go swimming or to the cinema.
