Caremark is a Home Care provider, offering Care and Support services to people within their own homes and in their local communities. From our office in Harrow, we offer support to anyone living in Harrow, Wealdstone, Stanmore, Hatch End, Pinner and Kenton as well as the immediately adjacent areas. 

 

Who we support:

Caremark (Harrow) offers Care and Support to any adult looking for some assistance so that they may continue to live in their own home safely, comfortably and independently.  We offer care at home in Harrow, Wealdstone, Stanmore, Hatch End, Pinner, Kenton and the immediately adjacent areas.  More details about the range of customers that we can support are listed on the main Caremark website.

How we support:

At Caremark we understand that some of the daily routines many people take for granted can become difficult or restrictive. We are here to help you remain independently at home and to continue to enjoy life to its fullest, without worrying about the things that are very personal to you.

At Caremark Harrow, we can assist you with your personal care needs, with your shopping, or we can provide carers for companionship or to offer respite to family members who do the main caring for you.  We can also support you in accessing the community, assist you with travel to work, college or to the shops, support you during a leisure activity, for example you may like to have some help to go swimming, to the cinema or to any social or cultural activity of your choice. 

We have recently been working with the Harrow Association for the Disabled in caring for some of the customers whom they support in managing their personal budgets.

We are also working in partnership with Brent & Harrow PCT as well as with St. Luke's Hospice in caring for the people whom they fund for fast track Palliative Care.

We provide Live-In care too for customers who choose to live independently in their own homes rather than move into a residential care home.  The full range of duties that our Live In carers undertake are detailed on the main Caremark website, under the brand Habito.

Our Care and Support workers:

Our care and support workers reflect the various cultures and languages that are spoken by the population in the London Borough of Harrow.  We employ a team of carers that speak a number of languages apart from English, such as Gujarati, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil and Arabic.  They come from a variety of cultures and backgrounds so that our customers may enjoy care by persons who understand their own language and cultural/religious sensitivities.  All our care and support workers are very carefully vetted by us before they come into contact with our customers.  They undergo an enhanced criminal record bureau check as well as detailed and thorough training in various aspects of care and safety.
