All of our Care and Support Workers are provided with full training to the highest standard when they commence employment with Caremark. We check all employees against the ISA Adult Barred List (and ISA Childrens list where applicable), and carry out enhanced criminal record disclosures prior to our Care Workers providing any care. You can be assured that all of our Care and Support Workers have had sufficient checks to satisfy us that they will not pose any risk to customers, and are fully trained to be able to deliver a reliable and high quality service.

Caremark operates all over the UK and Ireland as a franchise operation; all of our offices operate the same system which includes the recruitment and training process, and of course our policies and procedures. This should assure you that wherever you are in the country, Caremark can offer support to your business, providing a consistent service nationwide.
