Understanding the pressures upon Local Authorities in delivering a genuine value for money service, Caremark takes a pride in its existing relationships with many authorities across the country. This has given us the comprehensive approach we take on their behalf. A superb assessment and risk management process sits at the heart of a service delivery agreement and is fundamental to how Caremark has embraced a person centred culture.

All Caremark offices are registered with the CQC and are compliant with the Health and Social Care Act 2008. All offices can provide services to all adult customer groups and also from certain offices, to children and families.

There are new Caremark offices opening regularly and we aim to provide services that create your solution. We currently provide support to people who fall under many umbrellas, from those with complex needs to a much less intensive support arrangement.

Caremark will supplement the support offered by Healthcare professionals within the home, giving confidence to commissioners, in all environments, that adequate training and support is there for our workforce, prior to any work being undertaken.

All Caremark offices are ISO 9001 certified, providing assurance that the Quality Management processes are regularly audited by a qualified third party, in addition to CQC monitoring.
