Caremark Care Managers are responsible for over-seeing the whole care operation and managing a complete team of staff, reporting to the Directors of the Company. The Care Manager is responsible for generating a caring environment for our customers by implementing very high standards of professional practice.
Responsible for adhering both to legislation and to Caremark process and policy, the role demands a strong knowledge of the industry and qualifications to match. The implementation of the Health and Social Care Act in October also means that the individual is comfortable managing in a changing environment.
A Caremark Care Manager must have the required enthusiasm and tenacity to not only provide the very best service but also to build on it, developing local relationships and reputation in order to grow the business.
Caremark Care Managers will receive full support from the Caremark business owner and will work closely with them to implement new process and innovation.
