Caremark is delighted to announce we are now in a position to offer a Master Franchise opportunity worldwide. Already experienced in Supporting a Master Franchise network overseas, Caremark International was established in 2007, when the pilot operation in Ireland was founded.

The experience gained in the UK over two decades has lead to the establishment of the most comprehensive operations system that can be found in the Home Care sector. The system is founded upon gaining experience over many years of an evolving Social Care infrastructure in the UK and is able to be adapted to the cultural needs of many countries.

As a Master Franchise Owner, you would be provided with the support to achieve the following;

• Establish a company-owned operation.
• Fine-tune the system in-country, to comply with local legislation and cultural requirements.
• Appoint first wave of Foundational Franchise Owners.
• Organise suitable office facility to meet with prospects, train Franchise Owners and administer the business.
• Support Franchise Owners through head office and field staff, to ensure the appropriate advice and guidance is ongoing.
• Organise regional Franchise Owner meetings and annual conference.
• Liaise with Master Franchisor to ensure that the business development plan is being achieved.

Any prospective Master Franchise Owner must be able to demonstrate that they have mature business management experience and sufficient available capital to successfully develop the Caremark business in-country through a franchise network whilst continuing to operate a minimum of one company-owned operation.
