Our support is choice driven with the individual at the centre of everything we do.
We understand that making the decision to use outside help to care and support for yourself or your loved ones is extremely difficult. That’s why our professional team treat you and your family, with dignity and respect at every stage of our relationship with you.
Following your initial enquiry, we would offer you a free assessment at your home to understand what YOUR needs are and how we can support you to live independently in your own home and community.
We would encourage you to involve family, friends or an advocate in that assessment meeting, so we can gather as much information as possible about the things that are important to YOU. We would then develop a personal care plan that meets your needs, agreed with you, that can be adapted and changed to suit YOUR requirements.
Once we commence our support to you or your loved ones, our attention to detail does not stop there. We recognise that every individual is different and that their needs change. That’s why our support is flexible and under constant review. We encourage regular reviews to ensure you (or your loved ones) are getting the outcomes you initially required. We can adjust, reduce or increase the level of support to meet your requirements.
Our aim is to enable you to continue to enjoy life, to its fullest. Remaining in an environment that you are familiar with can improve an individual’s wellbeing. Our Care & Support Workers provide a person centered service in your own home. Our service can also be provided to accompany you out and about in your community, promoting your social inclusion.
Your wellbeing is at the forefront of what we deliver. To ensure our support is consistent we monitor our service all of the time. We hold regular customer review meetings, we carry out quality assurance checks, both unannounced and planned. Our experienced care and support workers are supported by our Field Care Supervisors, who are out in the community ensuring we are delivering on our promises.
All of our Care and Support Workers undergo our comprehensive Induction and Training programme before they are allowed to deliver care. They are all security checked with an Enhanced CRB check and supporting references. We recognise that we are only as good as our dedicated team who deliver our service; therefore we continue to invest in them with further specialist training.

I’m not sure what direct payments and personalised budgets are all about
There are many good sources of information on the internet. We’ve listed a few sites on the bottom of this page.
You should always take advice from your local social services about how to receive Direct Payments or Personal Budgets in your area and for your particular circumstances as these may vary. If you’re not sure please call us, we’ll be happy to help.
With a Personal Budget managed by your local social services, you need not change the care package you receive, if you don’t wish to.
Taking on the responsibility for you own care and support doesn’t suit everyone, but you should take independent advice to be sure before making up your mind. Your local social services office will help you.
If you are already a customer of ours and have been approached by your local social services office to take a Direct Payment or Personal Budget, then please contact us so we can help you review the options.

Testimonial
Mr J’s daughter M, advised me that the family is really happy with the care being provided, both M and her sister D feel that their dad is making improvements. He is doing more tasks for himself and the carers are being very good with him, prompting and encouraging him, but being firm with him, ensuring he does things for himself. Mr J’s family have been asked by Caremark to arrange some items for their dad, such as bedding, making a list for them, the family are happy with this arrangement and have provided the items requested.
M stated, that for the first time in a longtime, she has been able to spend some time with her dad and enjoy his company, rather than just cleaning up after him and nagging at him about his personal hygiene needs.
Thanks for your good work
