Caremark is a Home Care provider, offering Care and Support services to people within their own homes and in their local communities. From our office in Whitchurch, we offer domiciliary support to anyone living in Aylesbury, Wycombe, Buckingham and the surrounding areas. We provide live in care, companionship and personal care.

Who we support

Caremark (Aylesbury and Wycombe) offers Care and Support to adults, young people and children looking for some assistance to continue living at home safely and comfortably.  We cover all of Buckinghamshire including Buckingham, Aylesbury and High Wycombe and the surrounding villages including;

Aston Clinton, Aston Abbotts, Bierton, Bledlow Ridge, Bletchley, Brill, Broughton, Buckingham,

Caldecote, Calvert, Cheddington, Cublington, Cuddington, Claydon, Dadford, Drayton,

Our care and support workers are fully trained and CRB checked, and many have specialised training and experience in areas such as autism, MS, Motor Neurone Disease, alzheimers, dementia and stroke survivors.

How we support

At Caremark we understand that some of the daily routines many people take for granted can become difficult or restrictive. We are here to help you remain independent at home and continue to enjoy life to its fullest, without worrying about the things that are very personal to you.

Our Care and Support services can extend to supporting you in the community, assisting in your sense of inclusion and well being. This support can be with travel to work or to the shops, or supporting you during a leisure activity, for example you may like some help to go swimming or to the cinema.

We can provide care and support workers for one hour visits, night support, and full time live in care. We have a specialist live-in care service called Habito which focuses on providing continuity of care for those with full time needs.
